2. Delivery Timelines & Delays

We work to deliver orders within the estimated timelines shown at checkout. However, international and long-distance shipping may occasionally experience delays.

Dispute Review Timeframes

  • United States: After 45 days from shipment

  • Brazil: After 110 days from shipment due to customs procedures

  • Certain shipping methods may not qualify for delay reviews

Important Notes

  • Packages may be held at local post offices due to address issues or missed delivery attempts

  • Customers are responsible for contacting their local post office when notified

  • If tracking shows Delivered but the order is not received, an investigation may take 1–2 months and outcomes are not guaranteed


3. Orders Marked as Delivered but Not Received

If tracking confirms delivery, refunds or replacements are not automatically approved.

To proceed, customers must provide:

  • An official non-delivery confirmation from the local post office with a seal or stamp

Refunds or replacements will not be issued for:

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Refused deliveries

  • Unclaimed packages

  • Failure to collect packages on time

  • Customs clearance issues


4. Damaged Products

Fully Damaged Products

  • Eligible for a full refund or replacement

Partially Damaged Products

  • Eligible for a partial refund or replacement

  • Minor cosmetic issues (loose threads, light wrinkles, small scratches) are not considered damage

Conditions

  • Clear photos or videos must be submitted as proof

  • Claims must be made within 14 days of delivery

  • Damage to outer packaging alone is not eligible for refund


5. Incorrect or Missing Items

If you receive:

  • Wrong product → Full refund or replacement

  • Wrong size or color (functional product) → Refund or replacement with proof

  • Missing parts affecting functionality → Full replacement

  • Missing accessories → Accessories will be resent

Supporting evidence such as photos, videos, or screenshots is required.


6. Returns (Non-Defective Products)

Return Eligibility

  • Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery

  • Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility

Inspection & Approval

  • Returned items are inspected upon receipt

  • Items showing signs of use, damage, or misuse may be rejected

Refund Scope

  • Only the product price is refundable

  • Shipping fees, taxes, and handling charges are non-refundable
